• News –A determined MTB rider - Jamie Maxwell
Jamie continues excellent progress in his quest to become a contender in the uncompromising world of mountain biking. His improving performances in the West Highland Wheelers Winter League suggest 2008 could be a breakthrough year.
Jamie continues his strenuous training whilst studying for his SVQ2 and gaining work experience at Glencoe Outdoor Centre as part of his course at Lochaber College.

• Team Adventure Lochaber College
Team Adventure Lochaber College began its inaugural year with some great performance and fun . Events competed and particpated included the British 3 Peaks Yacht Race, Ten under the Ben mountain bike race, Caledonian Canter, Bowls night and the Relentless 24 mountain bike race. Over £300 pounds was raised for organisations such as the Lifeboats Association and Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team
For 2008 it is planned to enter teams in a range of mountain bike, sailing, kayaking, athletics and adventure races alongside the more traditional fun events.
